At Scope Scouting, our evaluations are high integrity, in-depth and tailored to accomplish the goal of recognizing players. Providing players information of what their strengths and weaknesses are in a unique way helps level up the competition. The key areas we focus on are:

We believe that every player has the right to succeed. Our team of expert scouts, media and writers are here to not only cover the best players in the gym but discover the players who don’t receive the attention that they deserve.
Who makes up the team?
Scope is led by our Director and lead scout, Sean Harris. With his background in grassroots and spending the past two years in the NBA (Oklahoma City Thunder) and WNBA (Connecticut Sun) help bring the professional level eye to Scope Scouting. We paired Sean with two former college coaches that bring over 30 years of combined coaching experience. Longtime high school Head Coach, Ryan Schachter spent the last year at Concordia University Irvine as an Assistant Coach. Prior to that he spent 18 years as a Head Varsity Coach and amassed over 300 wins, 9 league championships, and a CIF Championship. Adding Ronn See to the team, a former D3 player who previously worked in high level grassroots. While also spending time as both a D3 and D1 Assistant Coach, he most recently was the Director of Player Development for USC Upstate and has always been drawn to identifying future talent.
