The Elite Basketball Circuit (EBC) Washington Camp brought together some of the top young talent in the Pacific Northwest for two days of competition, skill development, and evaluation. Players competed for camp honors across multiple grade divisions, with standout performances earning MVP, Outstanding Performer, Hustle, Defense, Playmaker, King of the Court, and 3-Point Contest awards.
Below is a complete breakdown of the EBC Washington Camp award winners.

8th Grade
MVP
Rizaul Plumb-Barcellano — 24.0 PPG, 5.3 RPG
Rizaul was one of the most complete players in the camp. The skilled wing consistently attacked in transition, used crafty footwork to create scoring opportunities, and finished with either hand around the basket. His ability to score while also creating opportunities for teammates made him the clear MVP of the division.
Outstanding Performers
Spike Dujenski — 22.0 PPG, 2.5 3PM
Quick guard who consistently created offense with his change of pace and shot-making ability. He scored from all three levels and was especially effective attacking gaps for pull-ups and floaters.
Deandre Baines — 15.5 PPG, 2.3 RPG, 2.3 APG
Athletic wing who brought toughness on both ends. He attacked the paint aggressively, created for teammates, and generated turnovers with active hands defensively.
Isaiah Mawindi — 15.8 PPG, 2.3 RPG, 2.5 3PM
Skilled perimeter player who handled the ball well, knocked down perimeter shots, and competed defensively throughout the weekend.
Owen Zhou — 21.5 PPG, 7.3 RPG
Physical frontcourt player who controlled the glass, ran the floor hard, and consistently finished around the basket.
Joey Modica — 20.0 PPG, 3.0 RPG, 1.5 APG
Versatile wing who created offense off the dribble, made smart reads, and showed patience operating in ball-screen situations.

Nicholas Cenales Jr. — 17.4 PPG, 6.4 RPG, 1.8 BPG
Nicholas impacted the game on both ends of the floor. He scored efficiently, rebounded at a high level, and protected the rim while consistently producing throughout camp.
Outstanding Performers
Makaio Fetui — 16.0 PPG, 9.0 RPG
Strong interior presence who dominated the glass and finished consistently around the basket.
Kameron Brown — 12.3 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 1.5 APG
Physical, versatile player who contributed across the board and competed with a high motor.
Cruz Victorino — 4.5 PPG, 4.0 RPG
Showed good size, toughness, and the ability to impact the game through rebounding and team play.
JJ (John) LeDoux — 13.3 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 1.3 BPG
Active around the rim with strong rebounding instincts and consistent defensive production.
Mateo Munson — 5.5 PPG, 5.8 RPG, 1.8 SPG
Competed hard on both ends and contributed with his rebounding, defense, and effort.

Jaxon was one of the most dynamic guards at camp. He handled pressure well, attacked the paint with confidence, and used his speed and ball-handling ability to create scoring opportunities throughout the weekend.

Seedi Suso — 10.0 PPG, 1.8 SPG
Creative guard who consistently broke down defenders and created offense off the dribble.
Trey Timpani — 11.0 PPG, 1.5 APG, 2.8 SPG
Strong two-way guard who handled pressure, pushed the pace, and disrupted opposing offenses.
Khalil-Jelani Ransom — 5.8 PPG, 2.8 RPG
Athletic wing who attacked aggressively in transition and impacted the game on both ends.
Myles Leingang — 17.5 PPG, 5.3 RPG
High-energy performer who scored efficiently and consistently generated second-chance opportunities.

Final Thoughts
The EBC Washington Camp showcased a strong collection of young talent from across the Pacific Northwest. From Rizaul Plumb-Barcellano’s dominant MVP performance in the 8th Grade division to emerging standouts throughout the younger age groups, the weekend provided an excellent glimpse at the next wave of talent developing in the region.
In addition, all EBC Washington Camp award winners and Top 20 selections earned invites to the prestigious Ballislife All-American Camp, taking place July 31-August 2.
