The Jr. 3SSB All-American Camp South brought together a talented group of prospects August 22-23 at the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas, with players from the 8th through 5th grade divisions competing throughout the weekend.
The camp provided an opportunity to evaluate players in a competitive setting while also featuring King of the Court and 3 Point Shooting competitions. MarShawn Gray and Marshall Westbrook earned Most Outstanding Player honors, while Julian Sweeney and Johnnie Williams were named MVPs.
Here is a look at the players who earned top honors at the Jr. 3SSB All-American Camp South.
8th Grade

MarShawn Gray | 2030 | 6’2″ | Prior Lake, MN
9.8 PPG, 2.5 RPG, 1.8 APG
Gray is a smooth, highly skilled guard with an advanced feel and polished offensive game. He plays under control, creates from the perimeter and attacks the painted area with confidence while showing the ability to finish through contact. His scoring versatility, athleticism and overall poise earned him Most Outstanding Player honors.

Blake Hatten | 2030 | 6’5″ | San Antonio, TX
Hatten is a physical player who uses his size and strength effectively in the painted area. He embraces contact, finishes through traffic and provides a strong interior presence while staying active around the basket. His toughness and physical impact earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Branden Vincent Jr. | 2030 | 6’4″ | Wylie, TX
9.0 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 1.5 BPG
Vincent is an athletic, high-motor wing who consistently impacts the game with his activity. He rebounds at a high level, attacks the painted area with confidence and uses his athleticism to create scoring opportunities around the basket. His energy and production earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Joel Jones | 2030 | 5’7″ | The Colony, TX
12.0 PPG, 1.8 APG, 2.3 3PM
Jones is a skilled guard who can score from the mid-range and stretch the floor from beyond the arc. He runs the floor well, plays with good pace and consistently finds scoring opportunities within the flow of the offense. His shooting and offensive feel earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Lincoln Buchanan | 2030 | 6’3″ | Wolfforth, TX
7.8 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 1.3 APG, 1.5 BPG
Buchanan is a long, versatile wing who impacts the game in several ways. He moves well without the ball, stretches the floor and can attack closeouts while playing with good pace and feel. His versatility earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Tristan Echols | 2030 | 6’4″ | Lancaster, TX
13.3 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 1.3 SPG, 1.3 3PM
Echols is a powerful, polished guard with excellent size who consistently puts pressure on the defense. He uses his strong frame to attack downhill, creates off the dribble and can knock down perimeter shots. His size, scoring ability and all-around impact earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

His combination of production, physicality and activity earned him Most Outstanding Player honors.

12.5 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 1.8 APG, 1.8 SPG, 1.3 BPG
Hill is an explosive, athletic guard who impacts the game as both a scorer and playmaker. He attacks in transition, can knock down shots from the perimeter and creates opportunities for teammates when getting into the defense. His athleticism and all-around production earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Corin Robinson | 2031 | 5’11” | Cypress, TX

Robinson is a versatile wing who handles the basketball well and plays with confidence. He creates off the dribble, can initiate offense when needed and is a threat from beyond the arc. His versatility and perimeter skill earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Lennox McMorrin | 2031 | 6’0″ | Douglasville, GA

McMorrin is a skilled guard with good size and a polished perimeter game. He shoots with a quick release, moves well without the ball and handles the basketball comfortably while making controlled decisions. His shooting and overall guard play earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Luis Greaves Jr. | 2031 | 6’0″ | Glenn Heights, TX
15.5 PPG, 4.8 RPG, 1.0 APG, 1.3 3PM
Greaves Jr. is a smart, fundamentally sound wing who plays with excellent balance and control. He uses shot fakes and strong footwork effectively, handles the ball well and makes good decisions in transition. His all-around play earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

Julian Sweeney | 2032 | 5’9″ | Georgetown, MA
7.5 PPG, 2.3 RPG
Sweeney is a competitive guard who plays with good speed and stays active throughout possessions. He moves well without the ball, contributes on the glass and shows poise in pressure situations, including knocking down the game-winning three in overtime of the Top 20 Game. His performance throughout camp earned him MVP honors.

Krajnovic is a skilled forward who handles the ball well for his size and creates advantages off the dribble. He keeps his dribble alive when the initial attack is taken away and consistently finds ways to get into the painted area. His combination of size and skill earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

Love is a highly skilled guard with an advanced offensive feel and excellent command of the game. He plays with pace, sees the floor well and creates opportunities for teammates while remaining a dangerous scorer, particularly from the mid-range. His combination of playmaking, shot creation and poise earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Jaxson Sloan | 2032 | 5’7″ | Rosharon, TX
Sloan is a dynamic guard who controls the tempo and consistently puts pressure on the defense. He uses crossover and hesitation moves to create separation, attacks the painted area and can knock down three-point shots when given space. His all-around guard play earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
Tylen Thomas | 2032 | 5’8″ | Burleson, TX
11.0 PPG, 1.8 3PM
Thomas is an aggressive downhill guard who attacks the painted area with purpose. He changes direction well, plays efficiently with the basketball and uses shot fakes to create advantages while also showing the ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc. His offensive production earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

He handles the ball confidently, uses hesitation moves to create separation and can knock down shots from beyond the arc. His speed, shot-making and ability to control the pace earned him MVP honors.

Garner is a crafty guard who understands team concepts and moves well without the ball. He uses penetration to get into the painted area and shows good touch on his floater when playing over defenders. His feel and ability to find scoring opportunities earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

Reed is a high-motor prospect with good size who consistently impacts the game by doing the little things. He competes on the glass, stays active and runs the floor hard in transition. His toughness, activity and willingness to make winning plays earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

Williams is a confident scorer who consistently looks to put pressure on the defense. He plays aggressively, finds scoring opportunities within the flow of the game and competes on the glass. His scoring ability and activity earned him Outstanding Performer honors.

Canelo is a skilled guard who combines playmaking ability with scoring instincts. He uses shot fakes effectively, attacks the painted area with confidence and finishes with good touch while also creating opportunities for teammates. His offensive feel earned him Outstanding Performer honors.
