Hoosier Phenoms Make Case for No. 1 National Ranking; Amos Littles Leads 13U Gold Champions at Jr. 3SSB Boys Nationals

The 13U division at the 2026 Jr. 3SSB Boys National Championships featured one of the deepest fields in the country, with nationally ranked programs from across the United States competing in Rock Hill, South Carolina. By the end of the weekend, Hoosier Phenoms 2031 I.E. (IN) claimed the 13U Gold championship after an undefeated run, while TDJ Elite (NY) completed a perfect weekend to capture the 13U Silver title.

Tournament Storylines

Hoosier Phenoms I.E. Makes Strong Case for National No. 1

Entering the tournament ranked No. 2 nationally, Hoosier Phenoms 2031 I.E. strengthened its case to become the nation’s top-ranked 13U team. The Indiana squad finished 6-0 and defeated No. 3 Metroball OBG Elite (FL) in the quarterfinals before closing the tournament with a convincing championship victory over Show Stoppers Academy (NY). Along the way, Hoosier Phenoms also earned impressive wins over Team Goose 2031 (KY), Swain Basketball Academy & Swain OWM (GA), Golden Isle Gladiators (GA) and Xtreme Icebreakers 2031 (FL).

TDJ Elite Completes Perfect Championship Run

TDJ Elite (NY) completed a perfect 6-0 weekend to capture the 13U Silver championship. After dominating pool play with wins over Xtreme 305 Basketball (FL) and Balling Eagles Black (GA), TDJ carried that momentum into bracket play, defeating Team Loaded (VA), Utah Magic (UT), Team New England-JJ (NE) and MR22 Elite (OH). TDJ finished its championship run with a decisive 60-41 victory over MR22 Elite, showcasing one of the most complete performances in the Silver division.


13U Gold Championship

Hoosier Phenoms capped an outstanding weekend with a dominant championship performance, controlling the game on both ends of the floor while finishing an undefeated 6-0 run through one of the nation’s premier youth basketball events.

His pace and feel for the game consistently stand out, making smart reads without forcing offense. After cruising through pool play, TDJ continued its strong defensive play throughout the bracket, finishing 6-0 while outscoring opponents by more than 30 points per game.
