Session III of the adidas 3SSB Boys circuit brought another pivotal weekend of competition to Bryan as many of the nation’s top 2029 programs continued building their resumes ahead of the Circuit Finals.
The Select Division continued to showcase its depth, with Indiana Elite maintaining the No. 1 ranking while Team Loaded remained close behind after both programs completed another unbeaten session. New Heights delivered the biggest statement of the weekend, posting a perfect 5-0 record against one of the toughest schedules in Bryan to vault into the national top three. Wildcat Select and Midwest Basketball Club remain firmly in the championship conversation, while Slow Grind Elite, D1 Minnesota, Southern Assault, Phenom United, and Atlanta Celtics all strengthened their standing with quality performances against elite competition.
The 3 Stripes Division was equally competitive as several programs continued to position themselves for a championship run. ETG retained the No. 1 ranking after another strong weekend against one of the circuit’s toughest schedules, while Anthony Edwards Five remained close behind after earning one of Session III’s signature victories over Wildcat Select. Team Together MSA and Team Lillard continued to validate their body of work through the first three sessions, while BABC and CA Gold emerged as the weekend’s biggest risers after unbeaten performances that firmly placed both programs among the division’s top contenders heading into the Circuit Finals.
Individually, Eli Murray was named Select Division MOP after averaging 21.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per gamewhile leading New Heights to a perfect 5-0 weekend. In the 3 Stripes Division, Alexander Weavering earned MOPhonors following one of the most dominant performances of the summer, averaging 27.0 points, 5.4 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game to lead BABC through an unbeaten Session III.

The two-way is a difference maker on the court and plays with a lot of confidence. A big eye catcher was the fact that he really let his game do the talking and doesnβt need to cause commotion to get underneath the opposing teamβs skin. He is a very fun player to watch get things done and has a great career ahead of him as long as he continues to put in the work.
