ARLINGTON, Texas — The Elite Basketball Circuit (EBC) returned to Texas for the 3rd Annual EBC South Camp, bringing another strong collection of emerging prospects to Arlington on September 26-27.
The two-day camp featured players from 3rd through 8th grade competing in games, skill competitions and individual challenges, giving Scope Scouting an opportunity to evaluate prospects across multiple age groups.
At the top of the older divisions, Ace Harper captured 8th Grade MVP honors after establishing himself as a physical interior presence, while Anthony Krajnovic earned 7th Grade MVP behind his work on the glass and defensive impact. Harper also won King of the Court, while Ian Pratt captured the 7th Grade King of the Court title.
The younger divisions produced several notable performances as well. Kannan Harper completed an impressive weekend by winning both 6th Grade MVP and King of the Court, while Jeremiah Bradley Mason earned 5th Grade MVP and the 3-Point Shooting Contest. Jeremiah Hawkins took home MVP honors in the 3rd/4th Grade division.

8TH GRADE
MVP & King of the Court: Ace Harper
12.5 PPG | 5.8 RPG
Harper established himself as one of the most imposing interior players at EBC South. He uses his size and physicality to establish position, play through contact and consistently create opportunities in the paint. Harper also competes on the glass and provides a dependable physical presence defensively. His ability to impact possessions around the basket helped him come away with both MVP and King of the Court honors.
Outstanding Performer: Collin Hill
10.3 PPG | 7.5 RPG | 1.8 APG | 2.5 SPG | 0.8 BPG
Hill was one of the more complete producers in the division. A powerful interior presence, he combines physicality with impressive footwork and understands how to change speeds to create scoring angles. Hill attacks the glass aggressively but isn’t limited to finishing possessions there, showing the ability to secure rebounds and initiate transition himself. His defensive production further demonstrated his ability to impact multiple areas of the game.
Outstanding Performer: Luis Greaves Jr.
15.0 PPG | 4.8 RPG | 1.5 APG | 1.3 SPG | 0.8 BPG
Greaves was one of the division’s most productive two-way players. He consistently found ways to score while also contributing as a rebounder and facilitator. Defensively, his activity, quick hands and timing stood out, allowing him to disrupt possessions and provide additional resistance around the basket. His combination of production and versatility made him one of the weekend’s more impactful performers.
Outstanding Performer: D’Angelo Williams
9.0 PPG | 4.3 RPG
Williams showed the ability to take over stretches offensively, highlighted by a 23-point, nine-rebound performance. He attacks with confidence, puts pressure on defenders going toward the basket and competes aggressively on the glass. When Williams gets into a rhythm, his combination of scoring and rebounding makes him a difficult matchup.
Outstanding Performer: Ayden Martin
11.5 PPG | 3.5 RPG | 1.3 APG | 2.3 SPG
Martin consistently put pressure on the defense as an aggressive scorer while finding other ways to affect possessions. He showed the ability to attack offensively, contribute on the glass and make plays for teammates. His defensive activity gave Martin a strong two-way weekend.
Outstanding Performer: Kaleb Allen
11.0 PPG | 6.0 RPG | 1.3 APG
Allen brings a physical two-way presence and consistently competes around the ball. His weekend included a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double, showing his ability to score through contact and generate production on the glass. He plays with good energy and has the physical tools to impact possessions on both ends.
Hustle Award: Sean Blanchard
8.5 PPG | 2.8 RPG | 1.0 APG | 0.8 SPG
Blanchard is a shifty wing with a strong handle and a confident perimeter stroke. He plays efficiently off the bounce, keeps his dribbles purposeful and competes with a consistent motor. His combination of skill, activity and understanding of the game earned him the 8th Grade Hustle Award.
Playmaker Award: Desmond Webber
3.8 PPG | 2.8 RPG | 2.0 APG | +26
Webber is a shifty guard with an advanced handle and an impressive ability to change speeds. He creates separation off the dribble and keeps defenders off balance in one-on-one situations. More importantly for his role, he showed the ability to create for others, averaging 2.0 assists per game. His quickness also translates defensively, where his feet and active hands allow him to pressure the basketball.
Defensive Award: Dorien Elam
7.8 PPG | 2.0 RPG | 1.5 APG | 2.0 SPG | 0.5 BPG
Elam showed good anticipation defensively and uses active hands to disrupt passing lanes and create turnovers. His production backed up that impact with 2.0 steals per game while also contributing as a scorer and facilitator. His ability to consistently affect possessions defensively helped him earn the 8th Grade Defensive Award.
7TH GRADE
MVP: Anthony Krajnovic
7.0 PPG | 7.5 RPG | 1.0 SPG | 0.8 BPG | +53
Krajnovic’s impact went well beyond scoring. He established himself as one of the camp’s strongest rebounders, consistently controlling the glass and creating additional possessions. His length and instincts also translated defensively, where he disrupted plays and challenged shots around the basket. Krajnovic’s willingness to impact the game without requiring touches was a major part of his 7th Grade MVP performance.
Outstanding Performer: Kendal Woodfork
14.8 PPG | 6.0 RPG | 0.8 BPG
Woodfork was the leading scorer in the 13U Gold statistical group and consistently put pressure on the defense. He is a physical downhill attacker who uses his strength to get into the paint and create contact. His combination of scoring production and work on the glass made him one of the division’s most productive performers.
Outstanding Performer & King of the Court: Ian Pratt
9.3 PPG | 6.0 RPG
Pratt uses his size and strength effectively and understands how to create advantages around the basket. He plays through contact while maintaining his focus on the finish and showed soft touch once he got into scoring position. Pratt’s physical tools and ability to convert against contact helped him earn Outstanding Performer and King of the Court honors.
Outstanding Performer: Aaron Rodriguez
4.8 PPG | 1.3 RPG | 0.8 APG | 0.8 SPG | +37
Rodriguez plays aggressively and showed the ability to provide an offensive spark while contributing beyond scoring. He keeps the ball moving when additional defenders arrive and stays engaged defensively with active hands. His willingness to contribute in multiple areas helped him earn Outstanding Performer honors.
Outstanding Performer: Carsyn Crawford
6.3 PPG | 3.0 RPG | 1.0 BPG | +53
Crawford provides a strong interior presence and uses his size effectively around the basket. He showed the ability to score, rebound and protect the paint. His physicality gives him a dependable foundation on both ends and helped him finish with an impressive +53 differential.
Outstanding Performer: Keenan McGriff
McGriff earned Outstanding Performer recognition after a strong weekend in Arlington, establishing himself among the top performers in a competitive 7th Grade division.
Hustle Award: Renner Gabrielli
2.8 PPG | 1.8 RPG | 1.0 SPG | +9
Gabrielli wasn’t afraid to mix it up in the paint on either end. He repeatedly put himself around the basketball, attacked available space and competed through traffic. His activity and willingness to do the work away from the spotlight made him a natural selection for the Hustle Award.
Playmaker Award: Jaxson Sloan
6.3 PPG | 1.0 RPG | 1.8 SPG
Sloan plays with a controlled pace and looks comfortable operating with the basketball. He keeps his eyes up the floor and showed the ability to deliver passes with either hand. His feel and willingness to advance the basketball made him one of the division’s more natural facilitators. He also showed strong activity defensively, averaging 1.8 steals.
Defensive Award: Andrew Devenuto
6.0 PPG | 4.8 RPG | 0.8 APG
Devenuto plays with excellent activity and consistently puts himself around the basketball. His effort was particularly noticeable on the glass, while he also showed the ability to rip through, attack off the bounce and use his body to finish. His physical, high-activity approach helped him earn the Defensive Award.
3-Point Shooting Champion: Ryan Taylor
Taylor captured the 7th Grade 3-Point Shooting Contest, adding another skill competition winner to a deep 7th Grade group.
6TH GRADE
MVP & King of the Court: Kannan Harper
19.3 PPG | 13.8 RPG | 1.8 APG | 1.8 SPG
Harper delivered one of the biggest statistical performances at EBC South. He was impressive in the open floor and consistently finished in the paint, using his size and ability to play through defenders. Averaging nearly 20 points and 14 rebounds, Harper consistently influenced the game around the basket. His combination of production and physical impact earned him both 6th Grade MVP and King of the Court honors.
Outstanding Performer: Braxston Butler
15.8 PPG | 2.0 APG | 1.3 SPG | 2.0 3PM
Butler was one of the division’s most skilled guards. He possesses a high-level handle and crossover that allows him to attack defenders one-on-one, but his ability to create isn’t limited to his own scoring. Butler sees the floor when penetration collapses the defense and creates opportunities for teammates. His perimeter shooting provided another scoring dimension throughout the weekend.
Outstanding Performer: Nathan Anderson
9.5 PPG | 6.5 RPG | 3.3 SPG | 0.8 BPG
Anderson is an athletic wing who attacks the paint with strength and balance. He does a good job getting to two feet and maintaining control through contact. Defensively, his anticipation and athleticism allow him to jump passing lanes and create turnovers, giving him clear two-way value.
Outstanding Performer: Dash McGraw
12.0 PPG | 3.0 RPG | 1.3 3PM
McGraw is a skilled guard with a strong handle who looks comfortable creating in space. He pushes the basketball in transition, keeps the ball moving and can attack one-on-one by breaking his defender down off the dribble. His ability to create advantages gave him a consistent offensive presence throughout camp.
Outstanding Performer: Kardan Reed
12.5 PPG | 3.0 RPG | 2.0 APG | 1.8 SPG
Reed showed polished interior footwork and soft touch around the basket. He uses deceptive head and shot fakes to move defenders out of position before creating his scoring angle. That patience, combined with productive scoring and playmaking, gave Reed a strong offensive weekend.
Outstanding Performer: Joshua Bryant Mason
13.3 PPG | 7.3 RPG | 1.3 SPG | 2.0 3PM
Mason combined scoring with strong rebounding and defensive activity while also providing perimeter production. His ability to average better than 13 points and seven rebounds while connecting from outside made him one of the division’s more productive all-around performers.
Hustle Award: Daylin Prude
8.3 PPG | 2.7 RPG | 1.0 APG | 1.3 SPG
Prude is a skilled wing who can handle the basketball and play through contact. He consistently found success getting into the paint, where his strength helped him finish while also showing the vision to find teammates. His physical approach and activity earned him the Hustle Award.
Playmaker Award: Reyaan Escobedo
Escobedo is a shifty point guard with a tight handle and good vision. He keeps his head up while attacking, recognizes opportunities for teammates and plays with effort defensively. His combination of ball control and feel earned him the Playmaker Award.
Defensive Award: Corderick Johnson Jr.
8.0 PPG | 1.5 RPG | 1.3 APG | 1.0 SPG
Johnson has a strong handle and stood out as an advanced passer who sees the floor and creates opportunities for others. He can finish in the paint and showed the ability to knock down perimeter shots as well. His overall floor impact and competitiveness helped him earn the division’s Defensive Award.
5TH GRADE
MVP & 3-Point Shooting Champion: Jeremiah Bradley Mason
12.3 PPG | 7.3 RPG | 2.5 SPG | 0.8 BPG
Mason’s weekend was about much more than scoring. He showed a natural willingness to create for teammates, often making the extra pass even when he had opportunities to shoot himself. That unselfishness came while still producing as a scorer and rebounder and creating defensive activity. Mason capped his weekend by winning both 5th Grade MVP and the 3-Point Shooting Contest.
Outstanding Performer: Jourdin Patton
16.0 PPG | 5.0 RPG | 1.5 APG
Patton showed some of the strongest natural scoring instincts in the younger divisions. He is a confident shotmaker with the ability to create offense in multiple ways and doesn’t need one specific type of action to find his scoring opportunities. His 16 points per game made him one of the division’s leading offensive performers.
Outstanding Performer & King of the Court: Christopher Joshua III
9.3 PPG | 3.5 RPG | 1.3 APG | 2.5 SPG | 0.8 BPG
Joshua is an extremely shifty downhill guard with a dangerous crossover. He creates separation with his handle, gets defenders off balance and maintains his composure once he reaches the basket. His ability to finish after creating an advantage stood out throughout the weekend and helped him capture King of the Court honors.
Outstanding Performer: Shawn McKnight
9.5 PPG | 4.5 RPG | 1.0 APG | 0.5 BPG | 1.5 3PM
McKnight provided productive scoring and rebounding while also showing the ability to stretch the floor. His 1.5 made threes per game gave him an additional scoring dimension, helping him earn Outstanding Performer honors.
Outstanding Performer: Enoch Allen
11.3 PPG | 2.5 RPG | 1.3 APG | 1.5 3PM
Allen is a capable jump shooter who can get hot from beyond the arc and stretch the defense. His length is already notable for his age and gives him an intriguing foundation as his game and frame continue to develop. Allen’s combination of size and shooting ability makes him a prospect worth continuing to track.
Outstanding Performer: Rayden McQuality
7.0 PPG | 1.8 RPG | 0.8 SPG
McQuality has a real ability to get downhill and attack the basket. His body control stands out once he gets into the air, allowing him to adjust through contact and still create finishing angles. As the rest of his offensive game develops around that attacking foundation, he has an intriguing skill to build upon.
Hustle Award: Camdyn Crawford
3.3 PPG | 6.8 RPG | 0.8 SPG
Crawford plays with good physicality and has the ability to get downhill and finish. He also showed a good-looking jump shot, giving him another way to pressure the defense when defenders give him space. His 6.8 rebounds per game further reflected the activity that helped him earn the Hustle Award.
Playmaker Award: Christian Kerai
8.0 PPG | 4.3 RPG | 1.0 SPG | 0.7 BPG
Kerai already shows a strong understanding of how to play with his head up. He consistently looks for the next pass and embraces an unselfish approach while possessing good size for his age. His decision-making and willingness to involve teammates earned him Playmaker honors.
Defensive Award: Kylan McFarland
5.0 PPG | 1.5 RPG | 1.0 SPG | +28
McFarland brought consistent activity on the defensive end, using his effort and awareness to impact possessions. He averaged a steal per game and finished with a +28 differential, helping him earn the 5th Grade Defensive Award.
3RD/4TH GRADE
MVP: Jeremiah Hawkins
16.0 PPG | 5.3 RPG | 1.5 APG
Hawkins is a quick, shifty guard who already possesses the handle to attack defenders and get downhill with speed. He plays extremely hard and consistently puts pressure on the defense with the ball in his hands. His ability to combine production with an attacking style helped him earn 3rd/4th Grade MVP honors.
Outstanding Performer: Sebastian Singleton
5.3 PPG | 6.0 RPG | 1.0 SPG | +37
Singleton made his presence felt on the glass, averaging six rebounds per game while bringing activity defensively. His ability to contribute without needing a high volume of touches helped him earn Outstanding Performer honors.
Outstanding Performer: KT Tutt
4.0 PPG | 3.5 RPG
Tutt contributed on the glass and earned Outstanding Performer recognition after a strong showing in Arlington, establishing himself among the players to follow from the camp’s youngest division.
Outstanding Performer: Adriaan Escobedo
7.3 PPG | 2.0 RPG | 1.0 APG
Escobedo handles the basketball well and already shows impressive awareness for his age. He keeps his head up while possessing the ball and actively looks for open teammates rather than becoming locked into his own scoring opportunities. His early feel and basketball IQ give him a strong foundation moving forward.
Outstanding Performer: Kaiden Carter
9.3 PPG | 1.3 3PM
Carter provided consistent scoring and showed the ability to stretch the floor, averaging 1.3 made threes per game. His perimeter production helped him finish among the top performers in the 3rd/4th Grade division.
Outstanding Performer: Kyrie Cook
7.3 PPG | 1.0 RPG | 1.0 SPG | 1.3 3PM
Cook possesses a tight handle and an advanced level of craft for a player his age. He can use his dribble to create his own shot and already demonstrates impressive feel and understanding of how to manipulate defenders. Those early guard instincts make him an intriguing young prospect to continue following.
Hustle Award: Kyler Jones
8.8 PPG | 3.5 RPG | 1.3 3PM
Jones isn’t afraid to get on the floor or mix it up around the basketball. He actively seeks out loose balls and attacks the basket aggressively when opportunities develop. His willingness to compete for possessions while also providing offensive production earned him the Hustle Award.
Playmaker Award: Kevin Kirksey
10.0 PPG | 1.8 RPG | 1.8 FTM
Kirksey showed the ability to turn rebounds into offense by securing the basketball and immediately pushing the break. He recognizes when his attack draws multiple defenders and understands the need to move the ball to an open teammate. That early recognition helped him earn the Playmaker Award.
Defensive Award: Micah Mason
4.0 PPG | 3.5 RPG | 0.5 APG | 0.5 SPG | 0.3 BPG | +22
Mason handles the basketball comfortably in the open floor and can deliver passes with either hand. He also showed soft touch in the midrange and the ability to become dangerous in transition. His overall activity and impact helped him earn the division’s Defensive Award.
EBC South Continues to Grow in Texas
The 3rd Annual Elite Basketball Circuit South Camp provided another opportunity to identify emerging talent throughout Texas and the surrounding region, with prospects across five age divisions competing in Arlington.
The older divisions were led by Ace Harper and Anthony Krajnovic, while Kannan Harper, Jeremiah Bradley Mason and Jeremiah Hawkins emerged as MVPs in the younger groups. Beyond the individual awards, the weekend provided another evaluation point for a deep collection of players who will continue to develop over the coming seasons.
Scope Scouting will continue tracking these prospects throughout the 2026-27 season as they compete on the grassroots, middle school and high school circuits.
