3Stripes Gold East Regional II: Isaiah Snead, Tristan Edwards and Brennan Lepper Headline Standouts in Austin

The 3Stripes Gold East Regional II stop in Austin, Texas brought together competitive programs from across the United States and Canada for a strong weekend of grassroots basketball. Indiana Basketball Club Select’s Isaiah Snead, Project Excellence forward Tristan Edwards, and Murray Elite big man Brennan Lepper earned MVP honors after standout performances during the weekend.

Isaiah Snead | 2027 | 6’0 Guard | Indiana Basketball Club Select
21.3 PPG | 3.5 REB | 2.8 STL 

Snead was one of the more consistent perimeter scorers in Austin, showing the ability to control stretches of games with his pace and shot-making. He plays with a tight handle, absorbs contact well getting downhill off the dribble, and consistently creates clean looks in the half court. Tough, composed guard that impacts both ends with a high-IQ approach.


Damari Stephens | 2027 | 6’4 Guard | Zero Fears
17.3 PPG | 8.0 REB | +52 plus/minus 

Stephens was at his best attacking downhill and playing through contact. His strength showed up as a scorer and rebounder, giving Zero Fears a physical guard who could finish possessions, win space, and keep pressure on the defense.

Danny Ruffin | 2027 | 5’11 Guard | Hoops 4 Health Bulldogs
12.8 PPG | 8.3 REB | 2.3 AST 

Ruffin brought a strong, competitive guard presence with how he attacked the paint and played through bodies. He created downhill pressure, finished with balance, and made a clear impact on the glass by tracking rebounds outside his area.

Ivan Marasovic | 2027 | 6’8 Forward | The Collective Elite
19.5 PPG | 4.5 REB | +138 plus/minus 

Marasovic used his size and athleticism well throughout the weekend. He finished plays inside, ran the floor, and made an impact defensively with his length. His +138 plus/minus showed how much he helped drive winning.

Jayden Austin | 2027 | 6’1 Guard | Louisiana Future
17.5 PPG | 4.5 REB | 2.0 STL 

Austin brings real athletic pop at the guard spot and showed it on both ends. He got downhill with speed, finished plays in traffic, and used his quickness to pressure the ball defensively. He also flashed enough shooting and passing to keep defenses from loading up on his drives.

Jeremiah Brown | 2027 | 6’2 Guard | GBS National
27.8 PPG | 5.3 REB | 5.8 FTM 

Brown put together one of the stronger scoring weekends in the 17U division. He was aggressive without being reckless, got to the line at a high rate, and punished defenses from multiple levels. His rebounding also helped GBS National push quickly after stops.

Jerimiah Washpun | 2027 | 5’11 Guard | Murray Elite
13.0 PPG | 2.8 AST | +27 plus/minus 

Washpun stood out with how comfortable he was creating offense in tight spaces. He consistently got to his pull-up game, changed speeds well off the dribble, and made tough shots without needing a high volume of touches. Strong scoring guard that played under control and let the game come to him.

Sebastian Rivera | 2027 | 6’2 Guard | Metroball OBG Elite
19.0 PPG | 3.5 3PM | +85 plus/minus 

Rivera consistently created pressure on defenses with his shooting range and confidence from the perimeter. He got into rhythm quickly, spaced the floor well, and made teams pay whenever they lost him in transition or off the ball. His +85 plus/minus reflected the impact he had on winning throughout the weekend.

Seth Winslow II | 2027 | 6’4 Guard | Team Crossroads
16.8 PPG | 6.0 REB | +76 plus/minus 

Winslow plays with a strong understanding of the game and consistently put himself in the right spots throughout the weekend. He tracked rebounds exceptionally well from the perimeter, read plays early defensively, and made efficient decisions with the ball. His size, instincts, and ability to impact possessions without forcing offense stood out.

Trenton Smalling | 2027 | 6’4 Guard/Wing | Team Loaded 804
17.3 PPG | 6.5 REB | +70 plus/minus 

Smalling stood out with his shot-making, physical frame, and overall feel for the game. He consistently made the right reads, defended his position well, and rebounded effectively from the wing. There is a lot to like with his size, shooting, and two-way tools as he continues through the summer.
