The Elite Basketball Circuit made its Northern California stop January 31–February 1 at Open Gym Premier in Oakland, California. Athletes competed for MVP honors, Top 5 recognition, and specialty awards including King of the Court and 3-Point Champion.

2030 (8th Grade) – MVP & Top 5 Production


Omari Allen

21.7 PTS, 10.3 REB| Scope Rating: 95.1 | MVP / KOTC

One of the most versatile players at camp, combining length and size with guard-like skill. Quick enough to beat defenders off the bounce and strong enough to finish through contact.

Diego Jerry Salinas

15.3 PTS, 5.3 REB, 10 AST, 2.7 3PM | Scope Rating: 94.4

Diego is one of the most talented kids in this camp, yet he is also one of the most unselfish ones there are. Plays the right way yet can pick you apart on all 3 levels when it comes to scoring.

Jrue Attaway

23.7 PTS, 2.7 REB| Scope Rating: 92.8

Jrue is such an amazing player. He has great size to him,which allows him to play so many different spots and bring so many things to the table. He can score at will, has high IQ and can pick up full court.

Jay’Ceon Hill

Three-level scorer who can punish defenses from anywhere on the floor. Dangerous pulling up in transition and decisive attacking downhill, demanding constant defensive attention.

AJ Macon

High-feel guard who plays within the flow, takes what the defense gives him, and makes the right reads as a passer. Attacks efficiently downhill and applies pressure in transition.

Eduardo Woods Jr

He is a very crafty player who is one of the best on bothsides of the floor. His on-ball defense is something that catches a viewer’s attention because of how aggressive he can be.

Versatile guard who can slide into multiple roles and make an impact. Scores quickly in bunches when defenses relax and attacks with strength, consistently putting pressure on defenders.

Kai Fontejon

High-IQ combo guard who gets to the basket at will and can score in bunches. When not creating his own offense, he elevates teammates with advanced playmaking and strong feel.

Alexander Achkar

Alexander is a strong lefty guard who is not afraid to challenge bigs at the rim. Sneakily athletic and plays through contact very well. 3 level scorer who mixes it up depending on what the defense gives him.

Jackson Duenas

Jackson is a lengthy player who usually plays the guard position. He excels at attacking the basket and moving without the ball. Someone who can not only lead the break but finish it for you as well.

Kaleb Cruz

Kaleb is a crafty guard who loves to apply pressure on the ball while also being in the passing lanes. His tenacity on the defensive end causes havoc, which leads to fast breaks and easy buckets for him and his squad.

Lengthy, versatile scorer who’s comfortable operating from the perimeter, lethal in the mid-range, and explosive attacking the rim. Defends multiple positions with strong communication and serves as a defensive anchor.

Anthony Johnson

Versatile scorer with good size and length who uses his frame to rise over smaller defenders and knock down the mid-range jumper. Plays with poise and efficiency

Davin Truong

Zachary Wong

He can be known as a knockdown shooter with a high release, especially when left open. He makes the right play consistently and is very unselfish – which is a key attribute all coaches look for in a player.

Plays with toughness, finishes through contact, and consistently makes the right pass. Impacts the game with physicality and unselfish decision-making.

Vincent Okotie

He can score at will and in bunches when he gets hot. He is a willing passer who can run the break and find open lanes to score. He also has a consistent midrange shot which he likes to use over smaller defenders.

Michael Swanson III

One of the top players in his class, playing with excellent pace and control. Creates for others when needed and gets his own buckets at will, scoring at all three levels while holding his own defensively.

Cash Williams

Cash is a very skilled guard who can play either the 1 or the 2 for your squad. He has good pace and can control the rock well, while also being able to get you a bucket when you need it most. Can attack, set up or just playmaker.

Nolan Walker

Nolan is a crafty scorer on the offensive side of the floor. He has a good mid-range jumper in his bag and loves to create extra possessions for his teammates. He moves the ball well and can handle the rock like a pro.

Donavan Walker

Donovan is a very skilled guard who excels at playmaking not only for himself but for his teammates as well. He passes the ball when he needs to but attacks the defense when its his turn to take over.

Alexander Jimenez

Alexander is a highly coachable player who loves to run the floor in transition, hustle for loose balls to gain extra possessions and simply just communicate to his teammates. He brings something to the team that every coach would want.

Ace is a very shifty and quick guard, who can control the pace and tempo of the game very well. He hustles on both sides of the ball to create extra possessions for him and his teammates. A good guard who can handle the ball under pressure.

Santana is someone who can score on all 3 levels with efficiency. He can finish around the rim through contact while also spacing out the floor for a 3-point jumper. A kid who always hustles and plays with heart.
